1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website, mathsstudyhub.nz (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Account Creation: To access premium content, you must register for an account, which is managed through our third-party provider, Memberful. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly) in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your "My Account" dashboard. Your access to premium content will continue until the end of your current billing period. Payments are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site or its content. This includes, but is not limited to:

Sharing your account credentials with others.
Reproducing, duplicating, copying, or reselling any part of our content without our express written permission.
Using the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including the questions, model answers, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Maths Study Hub and is protected by copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The content on our Site is provided for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the content will be error-free. We are not liable for any academic outcomes resulting from the use of our Site.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
